What is GuinRank MCP Server?

The GuinRank MCP Server operates as a standardized bridge (supporting both Stdio transport and remote SSE / HTTP endpoints) between advanced AI models and the GuinRank API. It enables AI agents to understand your workspace state, run in-depth keyword analysis, extract live competitor SERP data, and read or save articles directly on your behalf.

Zero Local Setup Required: Connect GuinRank directly to Cursor IDE, Claude Desktop, or Antigravity by adding the remote server URL and your API Key to your AI client configuration file.

How to Get & Use Your API Key

Sign Up or Log In: If you do not have an account yet, log in or register for a GuinRank account.
Open your Profile Page ➔ then click on the API Keys tab.
Click "Create New Key" and enter a label (e.g., Claude Desktop or Cursor IDE).
Copy the generated secret key (starts with gr_prod_...) and store it securely (it will not be shown again).
Replace gr_prod_your_api_key_here with your copied secret key in the configuration snippets below.

1. Claude Desktop Official Setup

Claude Desktop requires a command-based launcher. You can connect to the remote server via npx mcp-remote or run the local .NET console project:

Open Claude Desktop ➔ Click Settings (Ctrl + ,) ➔ Choose Developer ➔ Click Edit Config.
